How to order

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped within 2-5 working days.  Shipping is then on top and times depend on the location. You will get an e-mail notification when your order has been dispatched.

Ohla Store is based in Europe, therefore, orders to the US can take between 7-14 days to be delivered.

  • Homeware and giftware are usually shipped within 2-3 working days.
  • T-Shirts & posters are usually 3-5 working days

PLEASE NOTE:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ohla Store is not responsible for delays due to customs.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship to the UK, EUROPE and the US.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR LOST?

It does not happen often but if your oder is lost/damaged in transit, then we take full responsibility.

If your item has been damaged in transit, we will ask you to contact us. Include your order number and clear photo of the item that has been damaged. Once we recieve you email, we will issue a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

We try to deliver your goods at a reasonable time, however if you have not recieved your parcel and the delivery period has passed, please contact us including your Order Number and we will look into this for you.

If your order has been lost then we will issue you with a replacement item and ship the replacement out to you as soon as possible. This is a rare occurrence but we are aware that it is a possibility and will rectify the situation as soon as we can.

SHIPPING COSTS

UK Shipping Costs: Royal Mail Standard Shipping £2.50 for the first item, plus £1.00 per extra item. Estimated 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Europe Shipping Costs: Royal Mail Inter­national £3.­50 for the first item, plus £1.00 per extra item.­ This is an untracked service and does not provide a signature upon delivery.­ Delivery is estimated 5-7 working days from dispatch.

Rest of World Shipping Costs: Royal Mail International starts from £5.00 for the first item, plus £1.00 per extra item.­ This is an untracked service and does not provide a signature upon delivery.­ Delivery is estimated 7-14 working days from dispatch.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unless the item is faulty or damaged we do not accept returns. If you need to return a faulty or damaged item you are responsible for the return postage costs. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition , the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DETAILS AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR THE ORDER?

If we are still processing the order we generally can make a change to your details; if the delivery company already has your package, it is likely they will be able to process it but they may charge you extra to do so.
